The Ravens had their final week of offseason practices canceled due to a few players going to the NFLPA about meetings and practices running late. Someone needs to stop snitching. Now, I know this is a term frowned upon by many. But I don't care. It's true. This is bitchassness at it's finest.
Great teams work that extra mile to be great. And there are some player son this team that doesn't see the big picture. Am I aware that there are rules that coaches have to abide by? Of course I do. But I also know what potential this team has. This is probably one of the best Ravens squads EVER! And that includes the 2000 squad (yeah, I said it. I just hope I don't eat crow later- pun intended). Based on talent alone, this team has a serious chance of making a deep playoff run and possible Super Bowl appearance. In order to be great, you sometimes have to go the extra mile. Someone on this squad doesn't get it.... this team can be the 2010 Super Bowl champions with just a few more minutes after practice and meetings.
Coach Harbaugh has apologized for it, and called the incident, "embarrassing". He's right, it is embarrassing. Embarrassing that someone whined to the NFLPA instead of going to their coach to express their displeasure. The players that complained look like a bunch of babies, and that is a direct result on the other players and the rest of the organization that said nothing because they all see what I see- they may have something real special going on.

Hopefully, this won't start a rift between the coaches and the players. This is a team that relies heavily on chemistry and it would be a shame to see such a talented team underachieve due to simple things. If I were into NFL Betting, I'd say this will be water under the bridge before training camp. But this is all the more reason to put an extra eye on camp this coming July. Stay tuned as the Ravens turns................
